Now that everything works the way it should, it's time to SAY THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP!! I waited three days for a previous host to solve a problem. Not only was my site down, but when it went up, it was replaced with someone else's web page. I tried getting in touch with the hosting service via e-mail, and had to wait at least a day for a response. They were unreachable via telephone. To make a long story short, I lost the money that I paid him for the year and probably a few customers. All the money I've invested in advertising goes to waste if a client tries to log onto a website that does not exist. One looses all credibility, and my business is built on credibility.
You guys took on the challenge to get my site up and responded to all my e-mails promptly. I received help over the phone and you even uploaded my website. I can't thank you enough! I know that I'm not a customer with a huge account, but I was treated like if I was spending thousands. It's unbelievable. You were helpful and understanding. I'm extremely grateful! Have a happy new year and keep up the good work.

It would have been great if the rest of the providers were as honest as WHW. You guys really gave me what you sold. I have had the experience of being sold what sounded great, but some little detail was left out that was a big deal or things changed after the money back period was over. For example Si###########, they will #### you. Ya, huge space and huge traffic sounded great. But it did not do any good, when their servers or throughput crawled as slow as snails, and it would take minutes to do anything. I was seriously losing hope, after multiple attempts. I wish some government organization would shutdown those pretty hosting sites that advertise what they do not provide. I am now using four hosting providers. Keep up the great work, and I will move all my accounts over to you.
